Do not give any personal information to a stranger.

If a stranger gives you a phone number to call, don't call it.

Look it up yourself. Any number they give you is usually fake.

If a message you have not seen before pops up on your pc, tablet, smartphone, or home phone and asks you to click on it . press the x to close the window 

 

No matter how real it looks it will be a fake.
